Our approach!
Once we’ve discussed your project, we’ll do our research to find out whether we’re a good fit for each other. If everything aligns, we’ll get back to you as soon as humanly possible to organize a kick-off call.
After the call, we’ll send an initial proposal that details our understanding of the scope of work. It will include a timeline, list of deliverables, estimated costs and a few things we need from you to get started.
If the scope of work looks good, we’ll send through the agreement — a pretty standard documents full of legal mumbo-jumbo to make sure that everything’s above board.
Understanding your business takes time and energy, so we usually pack these into a few small, intense brainstorming sessions before we start. Nobody knows your business better than you and your team which is why we like to spend time upfront getting to know you and learning how your product or service works inside and out.
